Christmas Services

This Christmas’s Theme is ‘Love Drawn Here’.

We will be holding a Service of Hope and Healing on December 22 at 7:30pm in the Meetinghouse. This service is for those of us who are grieving or who are struggling to make sense of our world and life experiences. You are invited to enter into a comforting and honest space that makes room for those who need a time apart, those who may be wrestling amidst all the holiday cheer. Attend in person or watch on our YouTube Channel.

On Christmas Eve, December 24, there will be three opportunities to celebrate the birth of Christ.

5pm: Celebrate Worship: Ideally suited for families with young children who are looking to celebrate in ways that appeal both to those who are young in age and young at heart! Worship will be led by our pastors and jazz pianist, Dave Aberth. Attend in person or watch on our YouTube Channel.

8pm: Lessons and Carols: This traditional service of the birth narrative will hail Christ’s arrival accompanied by fantastic music to lift your spirits as we listen and sing carols. The service will be led by our pastors and our Organist and Choir Director, Julie Lehman. Worship will conclude with Silent Night by candle light. Attend in person or watch on our YouTube Channel.

11pm: Carols, Candles, and Communion: This late night service offers a more reflective opportunity for worship with communion, candle lighting, and carols accompanied by classical guitar and the sounds of O Holy Night. An ideal service for anyone who is looking to round out a busy festive season or who tries to avoid holiday hype. This service can be attended in person only. It will not be live streamed.
