Mason Community Learning Center is an Akron Public elementary, inner-city school with 325+ students in pre-school through sixth grade. The school’s dedicated staff provides the best learning environment available to a school population that is in constant transition.

What started in 2003 to provide winter coats for children, has expanded into a multifaceted community ministry, with 30 dedicated volunteers.

These are some of the ways in which AkronFCC supports the families of Mason CLC.

• Donate backpacks and school supplies
• Provide winter coats to each child yearly
• Financial support for purchases of smart boards or other equipment for classrooms
• Support for year-end celebrations for students
